Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, you may cancel a renewed subscription within two (2) calendar days of the renewal date to receive a full refund for that renewal period. To do so, please contact our support team at support@1kbapps.com or support@vial.ink.
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account's subscription page. Your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
Yes. You are strictly prohibited from creating links that redirect to malicious content, spam, nudity, hate speech, dating sites, other URL shorteners, or any fraudulent or illegal material. We reserve the right to disable any links and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
If you breach our terms, we may suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice. In such cases, we also reserve the right to disclose your information (such as IP address and usage data) to the relevant authorities to investigate the violation.
